Abstract

On the basis of the literary analysis and also on operating legislative and programs, the author considers the general provisions of policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of foreign direct investments attracting. The article presented the review of the latest state activity directions to stimulate the improvement and strengthening of the mechanisms of the investments flows into country.
