Abstract

The article points out the main directions of the criminal proceedings development in accordance with the Concept of Legal Policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan which are aimed to protect the interests of the victim resulted from the crime and to implement the principle of the full compensation for harm caused by the offense (damage).
