Some Civil Ways to Dispose of Exclusive Trademark Right

Abstract

This research provides a review of institution of succession and foreclosure as the means to dispose of collective trademark right. The right to dispose of a trademark has a huge role in civil turnover, but with its own characteristics, which differ from the many forms of disposing the property. In such case the subject is not a trademark as an object of intellectual property, but the trademark right.
