Abstract

The article describes the current and brand new for post-Soviet space, important for the economy of the prerequisites for a Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter - the Agreement on the EAEC) and its impact on the state and prospects of legal regulation of the national currency policy states of the EAEC.
