Improving the public administration of the agricultural sector of Ukraine in the context of globalization

Abstract

The system of public administration was investigated as a set of mechanisms, organizational, legal and economic relations, which provides functioning, interaction and coordination of the agricultural sector institutes aimed on social and economic stability in the country. It is investigated that public administration improvement of agricultural sector has to be focused on effective combination and implementation in the practice of modern models for agro-industrial complex regulation. The agrarian policy priorities were determined which include formation of flexible, stable and effective public administration system and decentralization of agricultural sector management approaches. The strengthening of partnership with enterprises of different forms of property and comprehensive interaction with rural communities and agricultural associations was proposed taking into consideration foreign experience.
