Abstract

As a result of studies, on the example of France, it was determined the socio-economic background to formation of the area of beautification of human settlements, including the theoretical and methodological principles to state regulation in this field, based on the development of social welfare due to the continuous increasing requirements to territories of the population, including area of beautification of human settlements.
