The article is devoted to the problems of the protection of property rights and other rights in rem, which have a high degree of relevance, due to the significant role of ownership and other rights in a market economy.
Ways to protect property rights and rights in rem was not researched sufficiently in the civil law, and law enforcement practice is often confronted with a number of outstanding issues. The contemporary researches of the property institute development was studied at the article. The scientific validity of the protection of property rights and other rights in rem problems studying are given by the author. The main features of property law are analyzed, specific characteristics of civil law relations are identified and their specificity are highlighted in that article.
