Location and role of investment law of the Republic of Belarus

Abstract

The article is concerned with: basic periods of the development of the investment legislation in the Republic of Belarus; arguments about the existence of the investment law of the Republic of Belarus as a branch of economic law, necessity of development of the theory of the investment law, international investment law, comparative investment law in order to interpret and apply correspondence legislation as a system and to construct effective model of legal regulation of the development of the domestic economy; some questions of the correlation of the economic and investment law, its purposes, tasks, role in the nearest store. The author characterize some problems of the teaching of the investment law in modern time, approaches to resolve its, significance of the research in this direction in order to prevent crisis economic phenomenon of the state and international level.
