Abstract

In this article legal questions of fight by such transnational crime as human trafficking on the example of the Republic of Turkey and the concrete steps of realization directed on training and increase of efficiency of activity of employees of the law enforcement agencies and courts combating transnational human trafficking according to the international standards are considered.
