Social and economical analysis of the phenomenon of post-Soviet societies in transition

Abstract

A phenomenon of post-soviet societies of transitional type is considered in the paper in the context of its social and economic features, value structure and attribute. Grounds of prolonged nature of the transition are analyzed as a property of economy, political arrangement and social institutions. There is provided description of reformatory arrangements implemented at the different transformation stages of post-soviet society’s development as well as directions of new approaches development for increasing of transformation reforms efficiency. There is revealed an interconnection of economics and social policy of a state as the main object of reformatory arrangements in progress. The investigation is based on Ukraine example.
