Cultural and Philosophical Basics of the National idea of “Mangilik El” (Eternal Nation)

Abstract

This article outlines the current challenges “Mangіlіk El”. It asserts the idea “Mangіlіk El” as the national idea has been always on the agenda of the historical development of the Kazakh people National idea “Mangіlіk El” is treated as a hard-won idea, filled with historical experience life and the fate of the country and the people. It is filled with social creation, the wisdom of the people and the energy of the actions of many generations.
