Legislative Support of the 4th Institutional Reform “Identity and Unity” of the Nation Plan

Abstract

Development of State determines the processes taking place in the countries . Should be gradual and orderly development of Kazakhstan in an era of change . At the initiative of the Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev is currently in the country is implementing the Plan of the Nation “100 concrete steps: a modern state for all .” Special attention deserves the fourth direction of institutional reforms to strengthen and develop the identity and unity . The main emphasis on the identity and unity is due to the global trend . New Kazakh identity and unity of the new system will be based on the equality of economic, social and cultural opportunities, quality of life, stability . The Parliament was held to discuss two draft laws on the implementation of these initiatives . The adoption of these laws and the broad participation of the people of Kazakhstan will undoubtedly expand the development of the country
