Abstract

China is one of the first countries, who recognized the independence of Kazakhstan and established the diplomatic relations with our country. “Declaration on the establishment and development of strategic partnership” (July 4, 2005) is one of the biggest achievements of the cooperation between two countries.
This article discusses the issues of strategic partnership: its past, present and future.
