Methods for improvement of state regulation of the area of fuel and energy resources usu in Ukraine

Abstract

The subject of research in this article is the analysis of the functioning of the existing system of state regulation in the area of fuel and energy use in Ukraine, the definition of the main problematic issues on the way of its improvement as well as the scientific substantiation of methods of implementation of systemic reforms in this area. It was analyzed the state of development of the economy in view of the crisis generated by the use of outdated technologies and equipment in the energy sector and in the most energy-intensive industries. The need for amendments to the existing legislative base was emphasized, recommendations concerning improvement of the state regulation of the area, including the need to increase fuel and power efficiency use, were worked out.
