Abstract

The article deals with theoretical questions of formation and development of public service. Аnalysеd of the history of formation of public service. We analyzed the main trends of institutional reforms in the period of independence of the republic. It justifies the need for the public service as a basic tool of formation of a stable national economy of the Republic of Tajikistan.
