Strategic and project management tools for the disruptive development of small- scale and medium-sized business

Abstract

The main goal of the article is to attract the attention of the scientific community of experts and specialists in the management and government administration sector to the issues in the small and medium-sized entrepreneurship direction. After the analysis of the most successful companies and the synthesizing of the scientific researches results, it can be concluded that it is necessary to elaborate the model of disruptive growth for the development of the small and medium-scaled business in Kazakhstan. Different basis and tools are being investigated and proposed for the realization of the competitive model. It is suggested that the full-scale simultaneous implementation of the project management methodology and the up-to-date technologies in the entrepreneurial and government activities would provide disruptive development of small-scale and medium-sized business in Kazakhstan in the next 3-4 years.
