Abstract

The article is dedicated to analyzing the current state of migration and developing an effective migration policy in the context of global changes.

To effectively use migration as a tool for achieving sustainable development goals, it is necessary to change the approaches to migration policy, strengthen cooperation between countries and stakeholders, and introduce new methods for data collection and analysis.

The authors propose a differentiated strategy for different categories of migrants, including economic migrants, refugees, and so-called "problematic" migrants, taking into account their skills and the needs of destination countries.

The article emphasizes the need to integrate scientific data, develop new models of migration flows, and establish representation systems for migrants. These measures will significantly improve decision-making processes and the adaptation of migration policy in response to changing demographic and socio-economic realities.
