Overview of the demographic situation in Кazakhstan for the уears of independence (natural motion)

Abstract

The review article is devoted to the demographic situation in Kazakhstan during the years of independence.
The basic demographic processes occurring in this period are covered. On the basis of official statistics, an analysis is made of the age composition of the population, the dynamics of the number of certain population groups: children, youth, women in fertile age, the demographic burden on the working-age population, briefly analyzes the demographic processes: fertility, mortality, nuptiality and divorce. The article presents data in the regional context and in the context of the city-village.
