Abstract

In the annotated article, international treaties analyzed such types of treaties that are not often found, but are used as a means of maintaining the international legal relations between states and other subjects of international law.
Although the difference in the names of international treaties does not affect their legal validity, they nevertheless differ from each other in other aspects. The article presents the names of the stages, analyzes their origin, their differences from each other, their content is revealed to some extent. In general, the content of the article implies that an international treaty is the result of harmonizing the will of states to establish the appropriate scope of their rights and obligations to achieve goals in the chosen field: this is shown on the example of Kazakhstan's contractual practice.
