Abstract

The article describes the ways of teaching the course of «Culture of speech and business communication» to the government officials through effective application of new learning technology innovation, also the basics of public speaking, the types and characteristics of rhetoric, ethics of business communication, the ability to behave in an officially-business environment, the speech etiquette.
