Abstract

This paper is analysing the models for strategic management of personnel reveals the importance of the municipality personnel strategic skills in the context of management, provides requirements for the strategic skills of assignation holders, members of the municipality council, the municipality administration and its departments, elders, municipal budgetary institutions.
