Human capital of Civil Service of Kazakhstan

In the present article on the basis of the study of theoretical concepts and the use of sociological methods the author assesses the quality of the human capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan government. Results of the study will help public authorities to develop recommendations to improve the cost-effectiveness of human capital of civil servants.
