ОЦЕНКА ВЛИЯНИЯ ДЕМОГРАФИЧЕСКИХ И ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИХ ФАКТОРОВ НА ПЕНСИОННУЮ СИСТЕМУ КАЗАХСТАНА

В данной статье приведены результаты исследований влияния демографических и экономических факторов на пенсионную систему Казахстана. При этом рассмотрены основные тенденции и проблемы развития национальной пенсионной системы, а также проведен анализ ее финансовой устойчивости и обеспечиваемой ею социальной справедливости. Для анализа демографических и экономических факторов, влияющих на отечественную пенсионную систему, применены методы сравнительного, корреляционно-регрессионного анализа, а также метод моделирования. Для реализации указанных методов использованы компьютерные программы Microsoft Excel, SPSS и AnyLogic. В статье проанализировано влияние демографических и экономических факторов на пенсионную систему Республики Казахстана. Кроме того, приведены результаты моделирования и прогнозирования пенсионных выплат в Казахстане при различных сценариях развития демографической и экономической ситуации. На основании полученных данных были определены соответствующие ориентиры и сформулированы практические рекомендации. Результаты проведённых исследований характеризуются определённой научной и практической значимостью, способствуют расширению знаний об отечественной пенсионной системе. Содержат полезную информацию для разработки соответствующих стратегий и мер по улучшению пенсионного обеспечения в Казахстане с учётом лучшего международного опыта.
