The article examines the successful experience of China and Armenia in interacting with their diasporas. The study analyzes the political measures and government programs of both countries aimed at strengthening ties with the diaspora, supporting its interests and involvement in the life of the country of origin. Based on the studied international experience, the author concludes that programs to attract qualified specialists should become a priority in the policy of interaction between Kazakhstan and the diaspora to strengthen national intellectual potential and sustainable development.
