Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of incentive criminal law norms, analysis of incentive norms in the new edition of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author emphasizes the incentive beginnings of the Institute of voluntary renunciation of criminal offenses. Disclose the contents of incentive norms General and Special Part of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, classifies promotional rates for several reasons. Furthermore the author considers it necessary in the new edition of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan to allocate a separate chapter on “Encouraging the norm” and give them a general definition.
