Abstract

Issues about creating an effective judicial system in Kazakhstan is widely discussed by scientists, legal practitioners, policy-makers and citizens. In recent times Kazakhstani experience clearly shows the dependence of the objectives of public policy on the level of professionalism and competence of the personnel of that judicial system. In this paper we study selection and the development of the training system of judges in Kazakhstan, also demonstrate the comparative analysis of similar organizations and their educational process in some foreign countries.
