Abstract

The article deals with the contradictions of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of local public administration and self-government. Mistakes were studied by means of legal and linguistic content analysis. There were justified the correction of the mistakes made in due time by means of legal and linguistic monitoring.
