Abstract

Article is devoted to questions of implementation of the constitutional control as mechanism of protection of the rights and freedoms of the person and citizen. In it are investigated value of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan in formation and development of the constitutional concept of the state. In work an attempt of judgment of a role of the Constitutional Council in system of protection of the rights of the personality is made.
