State personnel policy in the field of veterinary medicine of Ukraine

Abstract

The article is devoted to studying the key problems and conceptual bases of the state personnel policyin the field of veterinary medicine of Ukraine. The research materials arenationallegislative and regulatory framework concerning state personnel policy, public service and veterinary medicine. The notion basic content of the «state personnel policy in the field of veterinary medicine» has been formulated. The subjects and objects of state staffing policyin the field of veterinary medicine of Ukraine have been identified. The main aim, the basic goals as well as directions of realization the priority tasks of the modern state staffing policy in the sphere of veterinary medicine of Ukraine were elaborated.
