Sphere of scientific-research and R&D work as an element of state innovation policy in the eaeu countries

Abstract

This article seeks to develop the comparative analyses of the indicators, which characterize meaning of the scientific-research and R&D work in the process of implementation of State innovation policy of Kazakhstan and other countries of EAEU. It was revealed, that none of the EAEU countries, do not conform to level of developed countries in the queries of organization and financing scientific- research and R&D work. It was developed the range of measures to integration of national innovation systems (NIS) of the EAEU with the aim of developing the Common Innovation System.
