Abstract

The article considers experience of the Republic of Kazakhstan in public diplomacy during the years of independence since 1991. It underlines the fact that in comparison with other countries that conducted their foreign policy in the utterly favorable conditions, Kazakhstan took serious efforts in order to achieve justice and security amongst precarious global situation and along with the process of domestic political, economic and cultural transformation. Moreover, in comparison with other countries the public diplomacy of Kazakhstan sets long-term perspectives and does not aim at immediate benefits but is thoroughly planned and efficiently realized due to wise political leadership of the head of our state.
