Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of human trafficking as one of the most dangerous types of crime. The problem is in the field ofview ofthe entire world community. Protection ofthe rights ofthe potrepevsih, in particular its most effective forms are redress, are trying to solve in different countries as Governments and international and non-governmental organizations.
