Abstract

The struggle for the reserves of hydrocarbon resources has become the defining goal of geopolitics and the main vector of development of the world economy. General imperative of reducing the available stocks and the level of production of the main energy raw materials – oil, prompted the countries of the world to review the strategy in relation to the reserves and the politics of consumption.
