Abstract

The article analyzes the formation of civic culture of society and of the individual in the context of a market economy. Civic culture is understood as a structural element of civic life, of civil society, the exponent maturity of society, the ability of providing general civil interests, forms and mechanisms of development and implementation of joint decisions, concerted action. Civic culture is considered in conjunction with the civil consciousness. In connection with this phenomenon of civic consciousness is understood as the unity of the legal, political and moral culture of the individual.
