Technological structures in agriculture of CIS

Abstract

The article analyzes the problems and the competitive advantages of agriculture CIS, determined the path of development of agriculture in most countries of the Commonwealth. Grouping existing in modern agricultural economy of many countries of the CIS main production methods, the author classifies them in a technological way, describes the advantages and disadvantages of each.
Offering a combination of advanced and traditional technologies, the author urges to maintain a reasonable balance between the different technological structures in the agricultural sector. In his opinion, each country has its own, unique conditions of agricultural production, which of the potential to be converted into real competitive advantages.
