Abstract

The competitiveness of the country is reflected in indicators such as the Doing Business Index and the Global Competitiveness Index, in which Kazakhstan has made significant progress in 2016 by modernizing legislation, reform of inspections, e-government services. The article examines the role of e-government of Kazakhstan in improving Business Doing Index and Competitiveness Index by reducing bureaucracy and risks of corruption in the licensing system of the government.
