Abstract

The article analyzes the concept and the main elements of the legal status of the judge as a whole, and in civil proceedings. Regulation in legal acts is studied, as well as the opinions of legal scholars on this issue. In conclusion, the article provides an opinion on the definition of the concept of the legal status of a judge in civil proceedings.
