State Management of Information Processes in the region (Kazakhstan and foreign experience)

The article examines the processes of digital transformation of the public administration industry in Kazakhstan. The experience of managing information processes in foreign countries and in our country is compared. As the study shows, the level of informatization in this country remains lower than in developed countries, but some sectors of the economy have a fairly high level of development. The introduction of technologies "Internet +", "electronic money", blockchain and smart technologies is described.
The following methods were used in the work: synthesis of opinions of competent scientists, statistical analysis, comparative analysis, system analysis, compilation of analytical graphs. The study revealed the main features of the development of informatization of public administration structures, identified problematic issues. The characteristics of the position of Kazakhstan among foreign countries in terms of the digitalization of public administration systems were compiled. The authors have revealed that the foreign model of public administration and innovation economy has similarities and differences with Kazakhstan. The world powers provide the country with experience, which, after a certain adaptation to the information development system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, can be implemented by public administration bodies. Many government agencies are implementing a project management methodology.
