Modernization of Diplomatic Service: Norwegian Experience

Abstract

The article deals with the Norwegian experience of modernization of the stable diplomatic service of the state. Norwegian Foreign Ministry has been identified development of «economic diplomacy» as a foreign policy priority. Therefore, a mechanism for promoting economic interests of the country - the platform «Team Norway» has been created. At the same time, a course on a transfer of resources of diplomatic mission to the markets of developing regions was taken.
