Legal consequences for the parties of the transaction declared invalid

Abstract

In article on the basis of the current legislation, scientific and educational and methodical materials the author versatily considers concept of the civil transaction, the recognized invalid. On the basis of examples from jurisprudence, gives the legal analysis of recognition by court of invalidity of the transaction, legal consequences of its commission and opportunity to indemnify the caused loss.
