Abstract

This article discusses the anti-corruption policy. Detailed coverage of the exposed concept of public service, the principles of meritocracy, transparent selection in the formation of personnel reserve civil servants. Proposes measures to dormant anti-corruption strategy of the Republic, the process of combating corruption in the executive and legislative branches.
