Abstract

The article analyzes the legal regulation and its role in the system of law. The characteristic of the right applicability is given. The author examines the category of «legal control» in relation to the category of «action law». The experience of Uzbekistan in assessing the effectiveness of the rights and achieving the goals of legal acts is presented.
