The article presents the analysis of the the main approaches to change management. The analysis of the theoretical approaches to the identification of a number of concepts relating to organizational change spheres of public life. Covers the main aspects of the concepts of «change», «transformation», «innovation», «reform» in the context of management of the organization (system). Were analyzed and refined the concept of “change management.” The basic concepts and models of change management. Schematically on the basis of a rhombus Levitt shows the relationships change management organization (systems, the public sphere), as a process of constant adjustment direction of the organization (the system areas of social activity), updating its structure and search for new opportunities on the ground and through strategic analysis and strategic planning.
