Abstract

In article in a complex is considered prerequisites, problems of the cross-border rivers of Central Asia and a position of the Republic of Kazakhstan. And also, within the cross-border rivers the emphasis to problems of the Kazakhstan part of the Syr-Darya River and questions of preservation of the water area of Northern Aral is placed.
