Publication ethics
In its activities, the «Public Administration and Civil Service» Journal follows the recommendations and ethical standards of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) https://publicationethics.org/), including the use of artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT (COPE Position Statement).
The editorial office, reviewers, and authors participating in the publishing process shall follow the ethical norms, standards, and rules and make reasonable efforts to prevent violations.
The opinions expressed in the Journal belong to the authors and co-authors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the editors, editorial board, the owner of the Journal, or the organization represented by the authors.
All submitted manuscripts are checked using specialized plagiarism detection software StrikePlagiarism to ensure the quality of the materials published and copyright compliance, articles with the original text of at least 80% are allowed for publication.
