Problems of Public-Private Partnership Projects implementation at the Local Level In Ukraine

Abstract

The article deals with the problems of implementation of public-private partnerships at the local level in Ukraine in comparison with the experience of foreign countries. Small projects or micro are differ from the implementation of major projects at the state level. They have not entered into management practices in Ukraine, but at the same time, as the experience of EU countries, quite successful in solving of local problems. It focused on the legislative base in Ukraine and abroad, analyzed its features. The main scope of the implementation of projects of public-private partnerships, as well as the basic mechanisms of cooperation. The article also discussed a model of cooperation in the framework of public-private partnerships and the main challenges in the field of practical implementation of such projects.
