Abstract

The system of financial control in Kazakhstan is undergoing a period of radical transformations. To transform the financial control into the state audit, it is necessary to reform all the elements of the control system used, starting from the principles and methodology ending. The creation of effective mechanisms for implementation of the principles is the basis of effective work of the state audit system. The purpose of the article is to review problematic aspects of the implementation of certain principles of financial control and the prospects for their decisions during the reform.
