The article analyses actual problems of modem Kazakhstan in the context of the Strategy “Kazakhstan - 2050”, the notion “Kazakh Eli” is considered as innovational project of the XXI century. Also, author suggests to teach Kazakh Eli as a subject in the universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
