The article is devoted to the history of establishment and development of the Diplomatic Academy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The focus is made on international links the Academy maintained including the assistance provided by international organizations and foreign states in training specialists in international relations for the diplomatic service of the young state.
