Abstract

The article considers practical issues of counteraction to pseudo-entrepreneurship, the international experience of developed countries on access to the data which isbank secrecy, simplification of the pre-judicial procedure, increase ofthe amount of penalties, binding of the imposed sentence to compensation of damage, increase ofstatute of limitation and other initiatives are offered to discussion.
